From the small (8 car space) car park, follow the grass track over Dead Wife's Hillock, turn left along the track to Cairnbrallan ruins, then a bit of heather bashing to the cairn on Cairnbrallan. Follow the deer fence to Rounamuck Hill, follow a line of grouse butts to (hopefully) meet a track to Reekimlane, and return to the start via tarred road to Aldivalloch. An alternative would be from the same starting point, tarred road to the track past Reekimlane, and past Gauch to Longrigging Hill, back to a track, bit of heather bashing to (hopefully) find the track to Cabrach church, then follow the tarred road back to the start. Less ascent, not so boggy. A final decision on the route will be made nearer the time.
The walk will be co-lead by Dawn Tuckwood.
