We are the Mid Staffordshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Starting from Calton Village Hall, this is a walk in very attractive surroundings with good views over the Staffordshire Moorlands hills. There are several climbs (totalling some 1100ft) and about ten stiles or stone walls to climb over. We will have two stops, for elevenses and lunch, so bring provisions with you.
Calton Village Hall, Back Lane, Calton - immediately opposite the church. There is no charge for parking at the village hall but donations in the honesty box will be appreciated. Space there is fairly limited so car sharing makes good sense. Small cars can be parked behind the village hall - access on the uphill side of the hall.
