Meet by the Lost Sheep Statue adjacent to the bus station in Canterbury. (It is suggested to use public transport to get to the start or Park and Ride).
The walk will be along the first section of the Via Francigena (the ancient pilgrimage route from Canterbury to Rome). This will be a linear walk to Adisham to return to Canterbury by train.
Bring refreshments as required.
On return to Canterbury those who wish can have a meal and/or drink in the Thomas Ingoldsby (Wetherspoon pub) about a 10 min walk from Canterbury East Station, before heading home.
