(This walk was originally scheduled for January 23 but was cancelled due to a family bereavement)
This walk starts and finishes in Clachan of Campsie and is a leisurely stroll taking in fine views of the Campsie Hills. The first stretch to Lennoxtown is through undulating open countryside. We'll then return to Clachan of Campsie on the Strathkelvin Railway Path which is flat and easy. There will be options to visit the Schoenstatt Spiritual Retreat Centre and/or the café and historic church yard in Clachan of Campsie.
There are no stiles to climb on this walk.

Some sections could be wet and/or boggy underfoot. Please wear walking boots.
Buchanan Street Bus Station. Please meet in front of the departure board at 9.40am in time to catch the X85 bus to Clachan of Campsie which leaves at 9.56am
We'll start the walk when the bus arrives in Clachan of Campsie (just outside the cafe) at 10.40am. Buses back from Clachan of Campsie are scheduled at 12.54, 13.24 and 14.24.
