A different approach to this hill up Gleann Dubh on a track from Ardchyle before climbing steeply to the top. The return is on open hillside until the outward track is reached.

Local Grade: B

Terrain: A double track following the river to the bealach then a steep climb to the top. Open hillside which can be boggy in places to return to the outward track.

Max height: 809 m.
