We are the West Berkshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk starts from the war memorial in East Garston. It is a mixed countryside walk, along the Lambourn Valley Way to Eastbury, then south to Woodlands St Mary, returning via Gold Hill. We shall finish the walk on foot at Priscilla's Kitchen, however, for those who want to join me for a savoury or sweet lunch!
Please bring water and refreshment for a mid morning break.
Numbers are unlimited and there is no booking required, but please be ready to leave the war memorial at 10a.m.
Meet at the East Garston war memorial. Please share cars and park on the streets of East Garston, rather than in the cafe/social club car park.
