Overview

Starting from the car park of the Rowbarge we will head southwards and then turn to pass by the Sewage Works before continuing across fields to Wasing Lower Farm. We will then walk along the road past Wasing Lodge towards Aldermaston before turning south again and head to Paice’s Wood.

We find our way through Paice’s Wood, Howell’s Wood and Wasing Wood following footpaths and tracks to reach Paice's Gully. The route then turns northwards to Wasing Park and cross the River Enborne at Shalford Bridge. Turning west and then north again we head across fields and around the fishing lakes back to the Rowbarge and our cars.
