Overview

From Blackmill we will cross over to the Llynfi Valley which we will follow as far as the hamlet of Shwt, before climbing to the Garw Valley above Pontycwmer. We will drop down to Pont-y-Rhyl and follow the Garw river to Llangeinor on our way back to Blackmill.
