Overview

This 4.5-mile stretch of the London Loop starts almost immediately in Trent Park, a fine stretch of open country in ancient Enfield Chase. One high ridge on otherwise level ground; we will take this slowly. Toilets at start, refreshment stop en route. At the end, we will take a bus to Enfield Town station. Should finish by 15.30
