A 7 mile flat walk starting from Glasson Dock Public Car Park offering fine views of the southern section of Morecambe Bay.  Hills of the Southern Lakes are visible on a clear day.    The walk follows the coast line along the sea wall, passing the ruins of Cockersand Abbey and Bank End Tidal Flap, returning to the start via field paths and quiet country lanes.

There is a charge for the car park (£4.50 for up to 8 hours).  Payment can be made via card or through YourParkingSpace app.
