A new path, an old castle and some sea views.

The walk forms a figure of eight to include testing out a new set of steps from Houns tout, then back inland with stunning views of Corfe Castle. The path then takes us through farmland which will be muddy and wet in parts and ascends to the ridge above Corfe with views of Poole harbour and finally across the Common back to Kingston. There will be a stop for coffee and lunch. The climb to the ridge is significant but the path goes diagonally up the slope so it is not too severe.  Picnic, no dogs.
