Overview

Join us for an interesting walk around Nottingham's green spaces which form a ribbon around the city.  An energetic exploration of some of Nottingham's lesser know spaces and interesting buildings.

Connecting train from Lincoln to Nottingham: 9.19 Collingham, 9.29 Newark, 9.38 Fiskerton, arrives Nottingham 10.05.

90A bus departs Fernwood at 9.10, calling at Balderton, Newark, Farndon, East Stoke, Flintham, Bingham. Arrives Nottingham Railway Station (Carrington Street) at 10.25.

Be advised, there are many steps to ascend and descend along the walk!

Coffee and lunch breaks along the route, but toilets only available at the start and finish at the station. There are also many shopping, drinking, and dining opportunities at the end of the walk with toilet facilities.

We anticipate the city streets will be busy, so this walk is not suitable for dogs.

Please register for this walk on Newark Ramblers website  where you will also find details of our car share scheme.
