Overview

Meeting at the Dirty Duck (Rutland Arms) public house car park at 10.30am. The pub is currently closed but you can still park here. We will then follow a circular route, starting along the Grantham canal tow path and also on parts of both the Viking and Jubilee Ways. There is also a section alongside the River Devon.  Coffee stop about an hour in by the canal, then lunch stop at the end at the picnic area ( weather permitting). One stile and a small section of road walking on quiet country lane. Mostly flat. No toilets unfortunately.

Please register for this walk  on Newark Ramblers website where you will also find details of our car share scheme.
