Overview

We make our way over the fields towards Plumpton Rocks . From here we take the path which takes us to the  A658 bypass which we cross and then head down through the caravan park to Grimald Bridge. We then take the path alongside the river Nidd before turning off crossing several fields to once again cross the A658 road and head towards Wingate farm. A short road walk then brings us to the footpath alongside the Crimple Beck which we follow back into Spofforth. A lunch stop will be made at the cafe alongside the river Nidd.
