This varied walk starts from The Red Lion, Shoreham. We walk over the Old Tollbridge to Lancing College and up the side of Steep Down (coffee break). We continue to Annington Hill and stop at Botolphs Church (lunch). After lunch we make our way to the River Adur to walk along the river back to Shoreham. There are many ascents and descents on the first part of the walk. Walking poles recommended as paths can be slippery if wet.
