Overview

A walk along Hadrian's Wall from The Sill visitor centre at Twice Brewed on the B6318. We walk via Sycamore Gap to Housesteads fort. From there, we follow moorland paths and minor roads, passing the Roman fort at Vindolanda, returning to The Sill by woodland and moorland paths.

Car share arrangements: Meet at Jedburgh Abbey Car Park (NT652205, TD8 6JJ) at 8.45 for carsharing. Walk starts at approx. 10 am.

The Sill has a cafe and toilets, and parking is payable by card.
