A level, easy, two-stage walk.
You can do just 2 miles or after that, continue for an extra mile.
Stage 1: (2-miles)
We walk to Pontardawe along the canal & River Tawe then return to Trebanos.
Stage 2: (1-mile)
For those wishing to walk a little further, we will continue down the canal to Coed Gwilym Park, Clydach, returning once again along the canal towpath to the parking area.
Social after walk:
Afterwards, we will go for refreshments to the new Pavilion Café in Coed Gwilym Parc.
Directions: From Swansea, head north on A4067.
Join B4603 at Clydach and head north to Trebanos.
Turn right at the traffic lights by the Colliers Arms.
Continue over the canal for 200 yards.
Parking area is then on the left.
