We are the East Hertfordshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

We will walk to Therfield Heath, a SSSI on the chalk escarpment which makes so many parts of North Hertfordshire so special. There will be a coffee stop at the Heath Cafe. The site offers views towards the north, over the valley of the Cam as far as Cambridge. We will return to Therfield via Church Hill and The Drift. With luck the Pasque Flowers, the county flower of Hertfordshire, will be out on Church Hill.
There will be the chance to do an afternoon walk to the South of Therfield to Kelshall and Sandon.
The Fox and Duck on the Therfield village green is available for after walk refreshments.
We will meet on the green in front of The Fox and Duck. Please park carefully in the surrounding area.
