Overview

We will walk from Roydon station alongside some lakes to Stanstead Abbotts, then to Little Briggens, Easneye Wood, crossing and recrossing the River Ash at Hall Ford, along part of the disused Buntingford railway line, past the abandoned Wareside station platform, Young Wood, Moat Wood, The Wilderness, Newfield Plantation, Black Bushes, Square Spring, Briggens Home Farm, Stanstead Lodge and so back to Roydon station.
