This is a four mile circular walk from Urmston Railway station, through Cob Kiln Wood, and around Urmston Meadows and surrounding Lanes.

Walk is mainly flat.  Mostly good paths, but some overgrown this time of year, and expect mud - one of the paths used is muddy all year round.  Refreshments available in Urmston at start and finish. There will be a brief stop for own packed lunches. 

Toilets available at start and finish at Urmston Sainsbury’s, couple of minutes from the station
