We are the Pontypool Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular walk starting through Lasgarn Woods and over the southern flank of Mynydd Garnclochdy then through Craig-yr-allt to the Goose & Cuckoo. We are welcome to picnic in the pub garden, and we will be there long enough for those who wish to purchase food and drink. After lunch we head west to climb back over the ridge then south overlooking the Cwmavon. We drop down to Hen-felin and follow the Afon Lwyd back to the start.
