River Usk, Grwyne Fawr, Grwen-y-bwtler and The Wern

Leaving the Beaufort Street car park, we pass Alisby’s Castle to descend through the back streets of Crickhowell, to walk alongside the river Usk. Leaving the river, we climb through Rheld wood & descend to Millbrook Bridge to follow the Grwyne Fawr river upsteam, passing over Llangenny Bridge. Leaving the river, we then go over Grwen-y-bwtler and The Wern before descending back to the start at Crickhowell.
