Leaving Hosey Common we head north towards Squerry's Court before turning south to Goodley Stock. From there we head west across the High Chart to Limpsfield Chart before turning south on the Vanguard Way before turning east to Crockham Hill. From Crockham Hill we continue east skirting Chartwell and Bardogs Farm before reaching Toys Hill. From Toys Hill we head north via Scords Wood to The Chart before turning west via French St to our starting point.
An alternative title for this walk might refer to the unusual names of the areas we pass through. (Chart is an old English name for a wooded area)
