Overview

This walk takes in parts of the Monarch Way, South Downs Way and the Meon Valley Railway Trail.

We start in the the car park of the old railway in West Meon and head over the fields towards Warnfold and then over to Exton where we will stop for a picnic lunch (there is an option to also have a quick drink in the pub) before leaving the village to pick up the Meon Valley Railway Trail which takes us back to the start .

This is an undulating walk (there is a short sharp descent into the village of Exton) and we should have excellent views across to the Solent and Old Winchester Hill
