The walk starts from the free canal wharf car park on Tom Brads Croft in Whaley Bridge.  Taking in Slatersbank woods, Dipping stones, Dissop Head, Bollinhurst Bridge, Higher Disley, Seven Springs camp, Peak Forest canal, New Mills millennium bridge, The Torrs, Goyt Way, Gowhole and returning along the Peak Forest canal back to the start.
