Overview

Along the Cromford canal to cross the A6 then heading up to climb through Birch wood and onto Black Rocks area where we will have lunch.

After lunch stop, head down hill to High Peak junction ( another toilet stop) then back along Cromford canal to Whatstandwell.

Meet and park at Whatstandwell train station car park (£2.50 for the day). There is also limited free parking on the wharf and we will walk past the wharf around 10.30 am.
