Overview

The walk meanders through the village of Wraysbury, then follows the Colne Brook returning along the Thames-side meadows of Ankerwycke Farm. Bring a drink and snack. There are 2 stiles on the footpath across the railway. Please wear walking boots and long trousers as the path is slightly overgrown in places. There are optional refreshments in the village at the end of the walk.

Meet in the free car park on the north side of The Green at Wraysbury, adjacent to the tennis courts. Turn off the Windsor Road (B376) at the George Public House into The Green. Continue along The Green and the car park is on the right. The car park is a 10-minute walk from Wraysbury train station.
