The walk will leave at 10.30am.

Parking restrictions will apply, please refer to local signage.

The Ramblers Wellbeing Walks in Medway (also known as Medway Health Walks) invite you along to one of our regular walks across the Medway Towns.

First-time participants will be required to complete any outstanding registration processes as advised by the volunteer walk leader.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, we kindly request that everyone adheres to the established guidelines and pre-planned routes, which have been thoroughly mapped, walked, and risk assessed.

We welcome numerous visitors to Medway who join our walks to explore new areas they can revisit independently.

Our walks are designed to promote health and well-being by encouraging physical activity while allowing participants to enjoy their local surroundings in the company of others.

In the absence of a walk leader, we recommend that you proceed with your walk independently to avoid missing out.

Walkers may be informed about key points of interest along the route and any potential hazards.

All our guided walking routes have been risk assessed. While we will try to avoid steep hills, steps, and very muddy or slippery surfaces, participants should be prepared for hills appropriate to the walk’s level, uneven surfaces, and potentially slippery terrain.

Local grade 3/5: Suitable for people who walk regular for up to an hour. Grade 3 walks focus on building walking time and fitness. Walks will be around 60 minutes and may include some moderate slopes, steps and uneven surfaces.
