Overview

A chance to explore the south west corner of Mole Valley, with some interesting ancient history, and industrial heritage. We shall be looping south from Walliswood to Ellens Green, then along the Sussex Border Path and round to Okewood Hill, including that delightful church in the woods. We shall be on the lookout for early purple orchids and other spring flowers. We are on the Weald which means no significant hills, but clay underfoot!  Bring provisions for mid morning break.

There will be the option of visiting the pub at Okewood Hill to quench your thirst or stay for lunch after the walk. It is open Tuesday lunchtimes, which the Walliswood one isn't.
