A walk through and pass places of interest in Central London finishing in time to attend the Inner London Area AGM , Band Room, Coram Fields Meeting Rooms, 93 Guilford Street, London WC1N 1DN.
We start at Blackfriars Underground Station and walk pass various livery halls, squares, St Pauls Cathedral, Postmans Park and other places of interest in the City.
We then will take the new Green Link walk to Angel pass Smithfields and Clerkenwell.
After we reach Angel we will pass the former homes of two recent ex Prime Ministers before walking along the Regents Canal to Kings Cross.
From there it is a short walk south through Bloomsbury to the Coram Fields Meeting Room, where the Inner London AGM will be held 2.00-4.00. Please do not enter via the main gate and playground. Entrance to Band Meeting Room is on Guilford Street.
It is recommended that those attending the meeting bring a packed lunch which can be eaten at the hall where hot drinks will be available.
Please note that although the walk is easy, the pace will be moderate so we get to the meeting on time. (especially since the walk leader is also chairing the meeting)
