A good walk to see flowers on one of the highest chalk hills in Wiltshire (i.e. not terribly high). Beautiful views. Starting from Nockatt Coppice, aka Heavens Gate carpark, we walk the ridge from Brimsdown Hill to Cold Kitchen Hill to Brims Down ( not very adventurous in their names in Wiltshire!) and return via Crockerton and Shearwater. It maybe that the Shearwater café has reopened by this date. Provisions for 2 stops and a pole is useful.
