Descending below Carreg Cennen castle through woodlands before heading up to open moors beyond Wern Wgan. We will then head over to higher ground at Garreg Las with panoramic views of the castle, valley and mountains. Return is via Llwyn Bedw. Refreshments available at the cafe.

A mixture of rough trails and open moorland, with a fair bit of up/down. Bound to be wet/muddy in places. Strongly recommend boots/gaiters and walking poles.
