We'll take the 10:45 steam train from Chinnor to Princes Risborough and walk back via Bledlow.
After stopping for a look at Bledlow's Lyde Garden (dogs not allowed), we'll have a picnic at the cricket ground where the club bar should be open.
Back at Chinnor, tea will be available at the station cafe. And, if you've bought a day rover ticket, you could enjoy another train ride to Princes Risborough and back.
Meet at the far end of the platform on Chinnor Station by the cafe and toilets. The car park can get busy, so try to get there in good time. You can also park on the road outside the car park. Note that we're meeting on the station platform and not in the car park.
Ticket info: A single from Chinnor to Princes Risborough can be bought from the ticket office for £12. All day rover tickets are available online at £15. Thanks to a special offer today, over-60s can get a day rover for £7 which can either be bought online or at the ticket office on the day. For local residents with proof of residence in OX39 and HP27 the rover fare is £10.

Instead of starting from Chinnor you could join us at Princes Risborough station at 11:10 on platform 4, do the walk to Chinnor, then take the train back.
