We are the Brighton and Hove Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

This walk will take us along the west bank of the Cuckmere river before ascending steeply to the White Horse and High and Over car park. We will then walk along the ridge past Cradle Hill before descending to the east of Seaford to Chyngton farm. We then ascend to South Hill Barn before returning via the Vanguard Way.
Please note we will be stopping for a coffee break and also a short lunch break so it might be an idea to bring a sandwich or something to eat.
There are several stiles and one steep ascent and one more gradual ascent
