We are the Windsor & District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk initially ascends the east side of the Hambleden Valley, it then descends through the hamlet of Pheasants Hill. After following the valley floor for a short distance, the route explores the west side of the Hambleden valley with its beech woods and distant views across the valley and towards Hambleden village below. Bring a drink and snack. Bring a friend along to enjoy the beautiful Hambleden Valley.
There is a public toilet in the Mill End car park on the Skirmett Road about half a mile before the turning for Hambleden.
Meet in the pay and display car park in Hambleden Village behind the Stag and Huntsman Pub. £3 for up to 4 hours.
