Overview

A historical exploration of parts of the West of Glasgow starting from Kelvin Bridge Subway Station and following the River Kelvin to the Transport Museum. The new footbridge across the Clyde between Partick and Govan  is being officially opened on Friday and to celebrate the occasion, a music festival will be taking place all day Saturday. So enjoy the festivities before using the bridge to cross the Clyde to visit the Govan Stones in the Old Church and the Fairfield Ship Building museum. Then recross the Clyde via the tunnel to finish at Partick Subway Station. Good footpaths with some road walking
