Overview

A pleasant circular walk on track and hill paths taking in the hills of Harbour, Capelaw and Allermuir.

Although the ascents are descents are mainly moderate, some sections of path and track are eroded and so poles are recommend.

There is one short section of road walking.

Weather permitting we should have some fine views of the Pentland Hills, River Forth & Edinburgh.
