We are the Windsor & District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A leisurely walk via the Myrke to the edge of Datchet Golf Club and across the Thames at Victoria Bridge and then back across the Home Park. There are no stiles. We will stop for a refreshment break in Eton on our return route along Eton High Street. This is a joint walk with Slough U3A.
Meet in the free car park in Upton Court Park, Upton Court Road, Slough. Park by the Scout Hut at the far end of the car park. The meeting place in Upton Court Park is a 10-minute walk along Lascelles Road from bus stops along the A4 London Road. Local buses 3, 4, 7, 81, 702 and 703 stop at the end of Lascelles Road on the A4.
