Overview

What links Octavia and Winston? Come venture eastwards to Limpsfield Chart and Crockham Hill to learn more, joining a walk with a mixture of fine views, grassy meadows and woodland paths. The walk includes several fields with sheep and one with (calm) cattle. We shall pause at Chartwell for coffee stop (best to bring your own as there can be queues at the NT cafe). Returning over Hosey Common, skirting Westerham and passing Squerry's Court - hilly walk, but nothing too steep. Several stiles. Paths are slippery so poles advisable if you have them.

Please contact leader if you wish to offer or receive a lift.

There is a pub nearby (Carpenters Arms) for any who might want lunch out after the walk.
