A gentle short stroll before the Area AGM for those who don't wish to go on the longer walk.
Starting at Bishop Wilton Village Hall Car Park the walk will head briefly up Worsendale Road before turning into Main Street and then continuing down through the village before cutting across to South Lane, and continuing on the Right of Way until Thorny Lane. After following Thorny Lane for a while a track is taken back to the start point.
Mainly road walking with a couple of potentially muddy parts. Stout shoes/boots are recommended.
In the event of ice on roadways/paths the walk will not take place. Equally, heavy rain will lead to cancellation.
