Start at 10:00 from Smithy Lane, Rainow (SJ953764) to walk to Forest Chapel via Thornsett Farm, Snipe House, Higher Ballgreave Farm and Greenways Farm, returning via Charity Lane and Gulshaw Hollow. 8 miles ascent 1500ft. Packed lunch. No dogs please. Parking available on Smithy Lane.
