Overview

This walk starts with a steep descent (poles advised) and then walks parts of the North Downs way, before climbing back up to the top of the hill around the half way point.  We pass through part of the Dawcombe nature reserve, past the Inglis Memorial, and around Reigate fort. The last third of this walk has great views from the top of the ridge.

National Trust Reigate Hill car park. The car park is just off the J8 (M25) roundabout, before you go down the hill to Reigate. If you miss it your satnav will probably take you on a huge loop back to it. Be aware there are long term roadworks at the M25/A3 junction.
