Come along for a gentle stroll from Rowhill Nature Reserve hut over to Hungry Hill and Ceaser’s Camp enjoying the yellow gorse and seeing far reaching views towards Farnborough (and London on a clear day). We will then walk through the pretty Rowhill Nature Reserve seeing the source of the river Blackwater and ponds, boardwalks, rhododendrons, bluebells, birds and squirrels. We will finish at the Nature Reserve hut for specially prepared drinks, scones and jam.
Park in the Rowhill Nature Reserve carpark for free or in surrounding streets if full.
Bookings to be made directly with Hazel D by sending a text message to 07565533286. Bank details will be supplied by return. Note that the £5 is non-refundable and in case of non-attendance will be given as a donation to the Rowhill charity.
Boots are recommended. Flat walk except for one gentle incline. No stiles. Dog friendly but must be on a lead in Ceaser’s Camp due to roaming cattle.
