Overview

A circular walk through woods, fields, along the edge of Runnymede (NT) to the Magna Carta Memorial and along the river Thames where we will stop to take a short break before climbing the hill back to the Air Forces Memorial. Please bring a drink and snack. This is a joint walk with Slough U3A.

Please note there is a climb back to the car park. 

Well trained dogs on short leads are welcome on this walk.  However, long trailing leads should not be used as they are a trip hazard.

Meet at the Free Memorial car park in Coopers Hill Lane. Englefield Green. The number 8 bus from Slough to Staines stops on Priest Hill at the end of Coopers Hill Lane which is a 5-minute walk from the starting point. There are public toilets adjacent to the car park.
