Overview

I last did this walk on 10.03.24, so some time spent navigating may be required.

We walk along Water Street, then cross the main road, and join the Rochdale canal (walking in the direction of Hebden Bridge).  We leave the canal at Woodhouse Road, follow the road briefly, then take the path across fields, uphill to Mankinholes.  We then follow the Pennine Bridleway to Stoodley Pike.  We follow the Pennine Way along moorland paths, then join a path to Gaddings Dam.  We return to Todmorden via fields and roads.

Possibility of drinks after the walk.
