We are the Pocklington Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk will be led by Gary Malcolm and Cathryn Ferris.
Join us on a circular walk of Spaunton Moor, starting and finishing from Hutton le Hole main car park. The walk will initially follow the River Dove, before heading over to Thorgill Head and Bank Top, with spectacular views into Farndale and Rosedale before returning to Hutton le Hole via Hutton Ridge. The walk includes open exposed moorland and some steep, potentially muddy sections. Walking poles advised.
No dogs except registered assistance dogs with the consent of the leader.
This walk is graded as strenuous as there is over 1500ft of ascent
