Overview

WALK DESCRIPTION: Morning walk: Starting from The Coach and Horses the route climbs quite steeply 100ft to the only stile on this section! It then crosses fields, alongside the golf course to St Mary’s Chapel, now offices. After a short break, we continue around the perimeter of the golf course and join the North Worcestershire path. We return by a meandering path across the golf course and then continue along lanes back to the Coach and Horses. 4.5 miles. Afternoon walk: Starts with a climb up the Roman Road, Icknield Street to Forhill. The route then descends through woodlands and fields with good views to Watery Lane and back to the pub. 3.5 miles, 3 stiles.
