We are the Stockport Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From the car park we follow the Limestone Way passing Calling Low. We then drop down into Cales Dale and just as quickly back up to One Ash Grange Farm. We carry on the Limestone Way entering the village of Monyash. From there we proceed into Lathkill Dale following the River Lathkill all the way to Alport (about 5.5 miles). From there we follow the River Bradford to Youlgreave and after walking through this delightful village we rejoin the Limestone Way to return to the start.
Moor Lane Car Park. From the A515 turn left onto The Rake, immediately before Parsley Hay car park, then right onto Long Rake. Ignore roads off on RHS before reaching junction with Moor Lane. Car park is on right.
