A circular walk from Fairholmes visitor centre to Alport Castles and The Tower and then returning via footpaths alongside the Alport and Ashop rivers. Finishes with a walk alongside Ladybower Reservoir.
Good facilities around the Visitor Centre but parking is charged for - see later. No facilities en route, bring packed lunch. Note start time is 9:30 to ensure better availability of car parking.
Main car parks, upper and lower, are cash or card, £6 for day. Additional car parks adjacent to access oad are RingGo only (51707). They do have a Pay Later facility 24 hours. Meet in front of Visitors Centre
