Overview

Circular over fairly level, peaceful countryside led by Stephen R (Mobile: 07540 437466).  After a stretch of the narrow Oxford Canal, we pass through the charming Cotswold-style village of Bodicote and skirt West Adderbury before stopping for lunch at Milton at the attractive ‘Marlstone Tavern’ or picnic at the church next door. The return route is via Bloxham, another Cotswold-style village where a drop-out is possible after about 9 miles by the hourly 488 bus service to Banbury. Map: E191, L151.
